G.SHASHI BHUSHAN
(Founder / Director)

The human being is endowed by the Almighty with the rarest of the rare opportunity to dream any thing.   Dreams may cover many areas for creativity and creation. Dreams enable the individual to strive and struggle to translate them into reality. Many things around us to-day were dreams one time.
 

Shashi Bhushan.G, a graduate from Osmania Univerisity, obtained diploma in Automobile Engineering, from G.D.Naidu Charity Institute, Coimbatore. During his studies at Naidu’s institute, he was inspired by theteaching methods of the institute which enable the students to have hands on experience. The ambience of the institute has the catalytic impact in inculcating the interest in students to dedicate themselves sincerely to education.  Since then he was dreaming to establish a school or college where the students can be given education in the respective areas of interest.

He ultimately decided to open a school without slate and black board. His dream is now materialised with the help of like minded members of the long standing experience in the educational society, Who are also his well wishers and extend their support to strengthen the institution’s activities such as child care and education in preschool of excellence with day care.

SUDHAKAR
Chair person

He obtained BS from BITS Pilani, Rajastan and LL.B from Osmania University. Also obtained PG Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Nalsar University of Law, Hyderabad.
He has myriad experience in the area of Health Care by working in MGM Hospital, Warangal in Hidustan Cables Ltd.,. (Govt of India Undertaking), Hyderabad unit and Public Health Engineering Department Govt. Of A.P. He worked as Municipal Engineer for more than 5 years.

He also worked in Hyderabad Metro Water Supply & Sewerage Board, Hyderabad as Dy.General Manager looking after Operation & Maintenance of drinking water units and earned laurels for effective water supply during acute scarcity period during 1986 to 1989 and 2003 to 2004. He was involved in remodelling of water supply system with the World Bank assistance. He was also involved in Asian Games 2002 held in Hyderabad to over view the water supply to sports village. He was General Secretary of A.P. Public Health Engineers Association during the year 1992-1994. Associated with the Institution of Engineers ( India), a premier institute of the country for over a decade in organising the major technical events in AP state centre and participated actively XV Indian Engineering Congress held in 2000 at Hyderabad. Presently he is the Chairman, Institution of Engineers (India), AP State Centre, for the sessions 2011 – 13.  During his tenure, the centre received the Best State Centre Award.  He is a member in Permanent Lok Adalat for utility services, Nampally Court Hyderabad.

                  

G.PRABHAKAR
 Member, Advisory Board

He started his career in Osmania University and later joined Department of Technical Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh and served for over a decade as a Member of Faculty. He was associated with Prof. Sydney H Avner, an American Expert Academician in curriculum development for Engineering Diploma Courses.Subsequent to the selection by State Service Commission, joined the Irrigation Department in 1978.

Served in the state Commission for Irrigation Utilisation. Later joined the Office of the Engineer-in-Chief, I&CAD Hyderabad. Er Prabhakar worked in Andhra Pradesh Secretariat as Officer on Special Duty, Irrigation & Command Area Development Department dealing with the technical aspects of Irrigation Projects of the State.

Participated in the ‘ Procurement Training Programme’ conducted by the World Bank in Aug/Sep. 1997 at Washington DC, USA for the Officers of various States of our Country. He was one of the six participants selected by the World Bank from our Country to participate in the programme. The World Bank identified him as “ RESOURCE PERSON”.
As Visiting Faculty to the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) and Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI), Water and Land Management Training and Research Training Institute, Dr MCR HRD institute and several other training institutes such as AG’s Office Training Cell. He delivers lectures on procurement methods of World Bank aided projects, Er Prabhakar is actively involved in the activities In and Outside the Country of the Institution of Engineers (India), Andhra Pradesh State Centre for the past 3 decades. He was unanimously elected as Chairman of Institution of Engineers (India), A P State Centre for two sessions i.e. 1998-2000. A number of National and International activities were organised at A P State Centre under his able stewardship. The 15th Indian Engineering Congress held in December, 2000 culminated successfully and earned laurels to IEI under the able Chairmanship.  Er. G Prabhakar held various position at National level inIE(I) and finally rose to the position of National President in 2010-11. Also was the Chairman,Management Commitee, ESCI, Hyd.
Er Prabhakar has delivered a Lecture on “Water Resources” at TANA Conference during July, 2005.
Er Prabhakar is actively involved with internation professional organizations such as WFEO (Paris), FEIAP (Malaysia), he is presently the Chairman, ICT Standing Commitee, FEIAP.is closely associated with a number of Social and Cultural Organisations.

GL Rao
Member Advisory Board

After having Worked in Major Irrigation Projects of Andhra pradesh including mighty Nagarjunasagar and Srisailam Dams in adition to Medium and Minor Irrigation Projects including Lift Irrigation Schemes in various capacities and retired as Chief Engineer. Er G L Rao is a Member of National and International Professional Societies..

Er. Rao has been closely associated with the Institution of Engineers (India) for nearly four decades. He served as the Chairman of the A. P State Centre (1994-96) and was the Vice President of IEI in the year 2000- 2001. Er Rao was the first President of IEI from Andhra Pradesh in the year 2002-2003 and brought laurels to IEI by getting recognition from World Renowned Body, Engineers Mobility Forum.
Er G L Rao, FIE, Past President is awarded “Prathibha Rajiv Puraskar” Award in recognition of his contribution in the field of Engineering by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, a rare recognition to Engineers and was presented to him on 14th February, 2009 while Nandi Awards were presented.
Er G L Rao while excelling the materialistic life, was in search of a system that could help him grow spiritually. After practicing various spiritual systems, he has been following Sahaj Marg by devotedly associating with SHRI RAM CHANDRA MISSION, that teaches SahajMarg system of Meditation for transformation of human beings.

Professional Development Programmer

One of the mentors of Buds n Blooms Preschool with excellence day care, is a Professional Development Programmer. He designs and implements a wide range of projects that support Buds n Blooms mission to improve early childhood education.

Preschool lays the foundation of a child’s education. It commences before a child starts kindergarten. It helps a child to grow and develop well and turn into a responsible citizen. But all mothers are apprehensive about their child and their future. The maximum age limit within which one can get the child admitted in a preschool would be 2 to 4 years. Since mother is first teacher to every child, she needs support of pre-school to take her mission moving in right direction. Parent knows best what a child needs in the pre-school.
Meticulous planning and implementing schedule of pre-school activities are more desirable as children may have problems in adaptation. Show and Tell activity, Free Play like creative activities and other indoor and outdoor activities enhance the knowledge and skills of the children. So the development programmer with an excellent educational background in Information Technology (UK) and exposed to many development programmes in UK schools, is contributing in developing unique programmes in child’s development as well as training the teachers and other ancillary staff in taking care of the children with utmost care.

A graduate from Osmania University won academic laurels as a student, has chosen the teaching profession brushing a side lucrative opportunities in the software Engineering field since her ambition is to groom the kids and provide them the tender care.
She having worked many years in preschools is now the Curriculum in Charge / Head Teacher of Buds n Blooms, Pre school of excellence with day care. She loves to be in class room with the children to watch them comprehend what they are taught. She enjoys loving the kids and giving them the care and attention they need while they spend their day with her and away from their homes.
